Refund Policy -

We want your bridal party to look and feel flawless. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair-care products (Bonnets and Durags), we have a specific return policy:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us at www.infor.theweddinginspiredcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

• Unopened Items: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

   • Hygienic Limitation: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair-care products that have been worn or removed from their protective seal. All bonnets are Final Sales

Eligibility Return & Exchange Guidelines (Hygiene Focus) 

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached, Exchange only.

• Due to the personal nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all hair bonnets are Final Sale. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on headwear that has been opened or tried on.

• Exceptions: If you receive a bonnet that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within [7] days by (email infor@weddinginspiredcollection.com) of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

• Recommendation: We encourage you to review our product descriptions our Bonnets is a one size fits all for adults size carefully, for the men Durag comes in a stander fit, (may be a small cover for large locks hair style) before completing your purchase. 

Fees

• For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees (including first-time orders).

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Refund Calculation:

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

• Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs. 

Refund Processing Time:

After we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be completed within 14 working days. Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method.

•  Shipping Insurance

If you purchased “Worry-Free Delivery,” it covers:

1. Before shipment: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge.

2. After shipment: We are unable to cancel or make changes.

3. Once your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, does not including shipping cost a confirmation email will be sent. 

4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Delayed deliveries over 30 days

6. Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. 

8. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
