Refund Policy

We want your bridal party to look and feel flawless. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair-care products (Bonnets and Durags), we have a specific return policy:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us at www.infor.theweddinginspiredcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

• Unopened Items: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
