We want your bridal party to look and feel flawless. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair-care products (Bonnets and Durags), we have a specific return policy:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us at www.infor.theweddinginspiredcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Unopened Items: We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
• Hygienic Limitation: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair-care products that have been worn or removed from their protective seal. All bonnets are Final Sales

Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached, Exchange only.
Due to the personal nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all hair bonnets are Final Sale. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on headwear that has been opened or tried on.
